Hydrogen peroxide atomization sterilization technology: core breakthrough and application analysis of aseptic packaging machine

In the workshop of a date processing factory in Egypt, the high temperature of 45°C is intertwined with humid air. The chemical agents sprayed by traditional sterilization equipment often fail due to uneven volatilization, and workers have to rework many times. In response to this pain point, the ply-pack factory innovatively introduced hydrogen peroxide atomization sterilization technology in the aseptic packaging machine, using a nano-level dynamic disinfection system to solve the problem of sterilization efficiency.

 Traditional sterilization relies on manual spraying or static spraying, which is prone to residual agents or dead corners. Ply-Pack's hydrogen peroxide atomization sterilization technology achieves breakthroughs through the following designs:

. High-pressure atomization nozzle: Swiss precision nozzles are used to break hydrogen peroxide solution into nano-scale particles with a diameter of ≤5 microns, ensuring that the atomized particles are evenly attached to the surface of the packaging material;

. Dynamic circulation system: Multi-directional airflow guide plates are set in the sterilization chamber to allow atomized particles to circulate with the airflow to cover the filling area, eliminating dead corners;

. Intelligent concentration monitoring: Built-in sensors detect hydrogen peroxide concentration in real time, automatically replenishing liquid to maintain the best sterilization effect and avoid excessive residue.

 In the extreme environment of Egyptian customers, the ply-pack team has triple-strengthened the sterilization system:

·‌High-temperature resistant atomization component‌: The core nozzle is made of titanium alloy and can withstand a continuous working temperature of 60°C;

·‌Intelligent temperature control module‌: When the ambient temperature exceeds the set threshold, the cooling cycle is automatically started to prevent the hydrogen peroxide from decomposing and failing prematurely;

·‌Dustproof sealing design‌: The sterilization chamber is completely isolated from the external dust environment to prevent particulate matter from interfering with the uniformity of atomization.

Customer feedback shows that after the aseptic packaging machine using this technology has been running continuously for 8 hours, the amount of microorganisms detected on the surface of the packaging material has dropped from 200 CFU/cm² in the traditional process to 0.5 CFU/cm², and the sterilization efficiency has reached 99.99%.

At present, hydrogen peroxide atomization sterilization technology has been applied to the third-generation aseptic packaging machine of ply-pack, and has been expanded to the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc. Future technology iterations will focus on:

·‌Green energy saving‌: Recycle decomposed oxygen and water vapor for workshop environment adjustment;
