In addition, the solution deeply integrates supply chain collaboration capabilities. When the equipment detects that the packaging material inventory is lower than the safety threshold, it can automatically trigger the supplier's replenishment process; production data is synchronized to the logistics system in real time, achieving seamless connection of "packaging-packing-delivery", and improving overall delivery efficiency by 40%.

After introducing this solution, a spicy strip production company in Hunan successfully integrated 6 independent packaging lines into 2 flexible production lines.
