In an instant coffee packaging workshop in Jakarta, Indonesia, the hot and humid air makes the walls full of water droplets, but an automatic metering packaging machine with the "One Belt One Road Packaging Machinery" logo is running stably. The green temperature value jumping on the equipment control panel always maintains a safe range of 28¡æ to 32¡æ-this is the role of the intelligent temperature control system independently developed by the ply-pack factory.
The core of the intelligent temperature control system is a monitoring network composed of 23 micro sensors. These sensors are distributed in key parts such as the equipment motor, transmission shaft, and sealing cavity, and collect temperature, humidity and air pressure data 40 times per second. When the system detects that the operating environment of the Kazakhstan dairy factory has shifted from a -20¡æ cold storage to a 40¡æ filling workshop, it will immediately start the adaptive cooling technology: on the one hand, it increases the speed of the cooling fan, and on the other hand, it automatically shrinks the silicone buffer layer in the sealed cavity to reduce heat accumulation.
"The traditional temperature control solution can only cope with a single climate, while our system introduces multi-environment adaptation logic." Zhang Wei, chief engineer of ply-pack, pointed to the simulation cabin in the laboratory to demonstrate: in the test simulating the high temperature of 55¡æ in Saudi summer, the system increased the heat dissipation power to 3 times that of the normal mode, and activated the condensation water diversion groove at the bottom of the equipment to prevent the superposition of high temperature and high humidity from causing circuit board failure.
In response to the rainy season challenges in Southeast Asia, South Asia and other regions, the intelligent temperature control system and the double sealing structure form a coordinated protection. The first layer uses aerospace-grade fluororubber sealing rings to resist the penetration of 98% air humidity; the second layer is a dynamic pressure balance cavity, which adjusts the internal and external air pressure difference to prevent the equipment from generating internal condensation due to sudden changes in air pressure in heavy rain weather. The measured data of a rubber products factory in Vietnam showed that the structure reduced the failure rate of equipment in the rainy season by 67%.
In the dried fruit packaging project in Uzbekistan, the intelligent temperature control system demonstrated strong environmental adaptability. When the temperature dropped to -15¡æ at night, the system automatically switched to "low temperature protection mode": preheating the core bearing to 10¡æ before starting the equipment, and turning on the electric heating belt to prevent the lubricating grease from solidifying. Project leader Ivanov gave feedback: "This system allows our production line to operate all year round in Central Asia, where the temperature difference between the four seasons reaches 60¡æ."
The value of the intelligent temperature control system is not limited to equipment protection. By analyzing the cumulative 170,000 hours of operating data, ply-pack found that the average energy consumption of packaging machines using intelligent temperature control in tropical areas is 22% lower than that of traditional models. This finding has been written into the "White Paper on Energy Efficiency of Packaging Equipment Along the Belt and Road", promoting the industry's transformation from "extensive equipment output" to "fine technology empowerment".
