The strong wind on the Inner Mongolia grassland carries gravel and hits the silver-gray metal shell hard, making dense crackling sounds. Traditional packaging equipment often causes bearing jamming and sensor failure due to dust intrusion in sandy and dusty environments. The dust-proof sealed cabin designed by the technical team uses a double-layer 304 stainless steel shell to wrap the core components such as the metering scale and the transmission shaft. The cabin maintains a 0.02MPa micro-positive pressure environment, and the three-stage filtration system controls the intake dust concentration below 5mg/m³. In a field test at a compound fertilizer plant in Gansu, this structure extended the equipment maintenance cycle from 7 days to 45 days, and the wear rate of transmission parts decreased by 82%.

Coastal fertilizer production companies face the problem of salt spray corrosion all year round. The R&D team got inspiration from ship equipment and sprayed a 0.3mm thick polyurethane-ceramic composite coating on the surface of the circuit board. After 72 hours of salt spray test, the insulation resistance value remained above 10^12Ω. What is even more commendable is the dynamic sealing technology - at the connection between the filling port and the bag clamp, the specially designed labyrinth sealing structure is combined with a food-grade silicone ring to successfully reduce the amount of humid air intrusion by 94%. A customer in Fujian reported that the humidity in its workshop has been maintained at more than 85% for a long time, but the heavy bag packaging machine using this technology has been running continuously for 6 months without a short circuit failure.

When a biofertilizer plant in Northeast China proposed a -35¡æ working condition requirement, the conventional lubrication solution completely failed. Engineers creatively developed an embedded temperature control system: a PT100 temperature sensor is implanted inside the reducer. When the oil temperature is detected to be lower than -15¡æ, the surrounding electric heating belt automatically starts; combined with -50¡æ low-temperature resistant gear oil, it ensures that the transmission system operates smoothly in extremely cold environments. Monitoring data shows that this module can keep key components in the optimal operating temperature range of 25-35¡æ in a -30¡æ environment.

In the scorching Gobi Desert of Turpan, Xinjiang, at 45°C, the ‌automatic packaging line for large-bag fertilizers equipped with intelligent heat dissipation ducts is packing bentonite fertilizers into ton bags. The top sunshade and the internal liquid cooling system work together to keep the temperature of the electric control cabinet below the 40°C warning line. In the extremely cold morning of Heilongjiang at minus 41°C, the equipment preheating system has been automatically started 2 hours in advance to ensure that the production line can be put into production when the shift is changed. This all-weather combat capability has increased the market share of ply-pack equipment in border areas to 67%.

When night falls, the R&D laboratory is still brightly lit. Engineers are testing the fourth-generation environmental perception system - by implanting a meteorological data interface, each ‌automatic packaging line for large-bag fertilizers in the future will be able to obtain local weather changes 6 hours in advance and adjust the protection level autonomously. The technical director stroked the prototype shell covered with traces of wind erosion on the test bench and said: "We want to ensure that every fertilizer factory on every inch of land in China can use the most suitable packaging equipment." Outside the glass window, the heavy-bag packaging machine that will be shipped to the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau is being loaded. Its specially installed anti-mildew and antibacterial module emits a faint blue light under the moonlight.
