In industrial scenarios such as mining and building materials, equipment failures caused by excessive dust concentration have always been an industry pain point. When the dust concentration in the weighing sensor area exceeds 80mg/m³, the "hurricane mode" is activated to form a local vacuum environment within 0.8 seconds, with a removal rate of up to 99.2%; in normal operation, it switches to the "energy-saving mode" and reduces the wind speed by 60% to extend the life of the filter element.

‌Self-learning fault prediction algorithm‌

By analyzing the correlation between historical dust concentration and equipment failure, the system can warn of abnormalities in key components 48 hours in advance. For example, when the abnormal increase in the amount of graphite dust attached to the bag sewing machine area is detected, it automatically prompts to check the wear status of the motor carbon brush.

‌Actual verification: Extreme test of South American copper mines‌

In the field verification of an open-pit copper mine in Chile, the ton bag packaging machine equipped with the DustGuard system faced multiple challenges:

· The average daily processing of copper concentrate is 600 tons, and the peak dust concentration in the working environment reaches 380mg/m³ (12 times higher than the national standard)

· The ore powder contains 5%-8% copper sulfide, which has strong conductivity and corrosiveness
