In response to the rapid growth of frozen food demand in the Southeast Asian market, ply-pack intelligent equipment recently officially put into production a quick-frozen dumplings intelligent packaging project tailored for a well-known food company. The project has overcome the industry's difficulties in continuous operation under extreme conditions by innovatively integrating food packaging machines with -30¡æ low-temperature heat sealing technology, helping customers achieve efficient and stable automated production.
Quick-frozen dumplings have extremely high requirements for the low-temperature tolerance, sealing strength and production efficiency of packaging equipment. Based on this, the ply-pack technical team has comprehensively upgraded the core modules of the food packaging machine, using a high-precision servo system and adaptive temperature control algorithm to ensure that the equipment can still operate continuously for 24 hours in a -30¡æ cold storage environment. By optimizing the heat-sealing blade material and pressure adjustment mechanism, the equipment can accurately match packaging materials of different thicknesses, greatly reducing the risk of sealing cracking, and significantly improving the product's freshness preservation performance and appearance consistency.
"The modular design of the food packaging machine is the key to the success of the project." The project leader introduced, "The equipment not only supports rapid switching of various specifications of bags, but also seamlessly connects with front-end forming, filling and other processes to meet customers' needs for flexible production." At present, the production line has been running stably, and customer feedback shows that the equipment has reached the industry-leading level in packaging efficiency and qualified rate when dealing with complex scenes such as granular fillings and special-shaped dumplings.
As an innovative practice in the field of intelligent packaging machines, this project fully verifies the application potential of low-temperature heat sealing technology in the quick-frozen food industry. Ply-pack intelligent equipment solves the sealing deviation problem caused by material shrinkage in traditional equipment under low temperature environment through the self-developed constant temperature compensation system. At the same time, it relies on the intelligent monitoring platform to provide real-time feedback on the operation status of the equipment and reduce the frequency of manual intervention.
In the future, ply-pack intelligent equipment will continue to deepen the intelligent upgrade of food packaging machines, expand this technology to sub-categories such as glutinous rice balls and wontons, provide more efficient and reliable packaging solutions for Southeast Asian and global customers, and promote the quick-frozen food industry to move towards automation and standardization.
