 As an electrical engineer who participated in the debugging throughout the process, I have been competing with fluid packaging machines in the past six months. I remember the first time I saw the filling demand for yogurt and jam double products, Master Zhang on the production line sucked his teeth: "This thin and thick have to be drilled into the same bottle, won't they fight?" As a result, our fluid packaging machine only adjusted the pressure curve and achieved it perfectly. The factory director Lao Li patted the control cabinet and said: "Your system is more active than our product R&D department!"

Standing in front of the main control console and watching the five material lines flow happily, I suddenly remembered the crazy late night half a year ago-when debugging the mixed filling of protein powder, the difference in powder fluidity of different batches made the accuracy always worse. Now the system can automatically compensate for raw material fluctuations, and the error rate is stably controlled at the industry benchmark level. This may be the charm of the intelligent filling system. It makes the fluid packaging machine no longer a cold device, but a filling artist who knows how to adapt to changes.

From chocolate sauce to nano silver gel, from three-color ice cream to Chinese medicine mixture, our factory's multi-fluid collaborative control technology is rewriting the rules of the game for composite filling. Every time I hear customers say "I didn't expect it could be played this way", I think of the words of the chief engineer: "Don't treat fluids as liquids, but as musicians in a symphony orchestra."
