The equipment's hydrogen peroxide dynamic sterilization system has become the key to breaking the deadlock. Through nano-level atomization technology and intelligent temperature control modules, the machine can operate continuously and stably in a 45°C environment to ensure that the packaging surface of each date is evenly covered with sterilized particles. Hassan recalled the scene on the day of commissioning: "After the technician entered the parameters on the control screen, the production line realized the fully automated process from cleaning, filling to sealing for the first time. Watching the dates automatically slide into the aseptic packaging bag, the workers on site couldn't help but applaud."
The close collaboration of the supply chain is the basis for the success of the project. The ply-pack factory, in conjunction with a German high-temperature resistant motor supplier and a Japanese seal manufacturer, completed the equipment transformation in just 8 weeks: the dustproof door adopts a double-layer filtration design, the Arabic operating interface is equipped with a voice prompt function, and even a flexible grabbing robot arm is customized for the special shape of the date. "These details make us feel the warmth of Made in China." Nadia, the company's quality director, commented.
Today, the company's packaging qualification rate has jumped from 87% to 99.2%, and its products have successfully entered the high-end market in Europe.
